TERMS  +  CONDITIONS

Welcome to Sunset Vibes Graphics! We are committed to providing high-quality custom apparel and a smooth customer experience. Please review the following terms and conditions before placing an order with us. By doing business with Sunset Vibes Graphics, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Minimums 

• We require a minimum order of at least 12 pieces per design.

 

2. Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

• 100% payment is required upon delivery or before being shipped.

• We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and approved business checks.

 

3. Delivery

• Free delivery is available for local Longmont customers.​

• We can deliver to other locations, but this will incur a fee based on location and size of order.

 

4. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

• Standard turnaround time is typically 10-15 business days from the date of final artwork approval and 50% deposit is paid.

• Orders and/or approvals received after 12:00 PM will be processed as if received the next business day.

• All artwork must be approved, and goods received at least 10 business days before your requested due date.

• Rush orders are available at an additional charge. Based on availability and not guaranteed.

 

5. Artwork & Virtual Proofs

• The first logo edit and first virtual proof are free.

• Acceptable file formats:

  • Vector art: AI, EPS, or PDF with all text converted to outlines and linked files embedded.

  • Photoshop files: PSD at 300 dpi or higher, final print size, layers preserved, PMS colors specified.

• We do not accept low-resolution JPEG, PNG, or web images as final art.

 

6. Customer Supplied Garments

• We are not responsible for misprints, shrinkage, dye migration, or damage on customer-supplied garments.

• All blanks must be new, clean, and clearly labeled.

 

7. Spoilage & Claims​

• All claims for damage, defects, or shortages must be made within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made after that time will not be honored.

 

8. Color Matching & Print Expectations

• While we make every effort to match Pantone Matching System colors accurately, exact matches may vary slightly based on substrate and ink type.

• Garment dye lots and brands may vary slightly in shade or texture and are beyond our control.

 

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to orders must be made in writing prior to production. Once production begins, changes may not be accommodated.

• Orders canceled after blank garments have been ordered will incur a restocking fee of $50 and may be billed for any labor or materials already used.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

• Sunset Vibes Graphics is not liable for delays due to weather, shipping, acts of God, or materials unavailable from suppliers.

• Our liability for any order will not exceed the value of the product or service originally purchased.
